We carry out detailed clinical assessments led by experienced neuro physiotherapists. A comprehensive report is produced and issued by 3C.

Following the postural management principles from the Oxford Centre for Enablement, Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, our findings include the social, medical and environmental needs of the client. Seating prescriptions cover the altered patterns of movement, muscle tone and responses. The prescription will accommodate all the goals and aims raised by the client, family and care teams.

Quantitative and qualitative clinical metrics are comparatively assessed, and help understand altered developmental patterns. Our evidence based approach delivers highly relevant and meaningful recommendations for our clients.

Unique KPS Seating technology accurately delivers your Seating Prescription. KPS seating is manufactured by 3C, and encourages beneficial micro movements that support clinical objectives. KPS seating is a modular system that offers flexibility for future postural development needs.

Our workshop has advanced engineering capabilities required to meet the very individual challenges that our neuro-muscular clients have to face everyday. We support clients with Lifestyle and Therapy devices to enhance their experiences and Quality of Life.

Postural Care Pathway (PCP)

PCP is a clinical care package tailored for our clients continuing postural seating needs. Our clinical support team keep in regular contact and log changes in seating performance. Our records and recommendations are shared securely through an encrypted Client Portal.

3C equipment is serviced every 6 months to maintain optimum postural support performance. These services are carried out at the client's home, and planned to fit conveniently into their schedule.

PCP data allows us to prepare an annual summary of any developments in seating performance or requirements. The summary includes recommendations that can support future client planning by the Case Manager.
